"The Tavern", was the haunt of fishermen and a few tourists by the end of 1800, when the lake of Levico was still considered an unhealthy place, criticized for skimpy clothes because of its frequenters.

On 26 September 1936 his grandfather Arturo decided to buy the figure of £ 9,000 on the little inn on the shores of Lake Levico: it is the day that begins the tradition of the family albeghiera Pedrotti. With him in the enterprise grandmother Albina and then in later years the sons Roberto, Marco, Luciana and Carmela.

La Taverna is growing every year and becomes gradually hotels and bathrooms. In the early 70's Robert, the last of the children of Arthur, decides to build in the ground adjacent to the Parc Hotel Du Lac, and handle it with his wife Emma, moving away from managing the family restaurant.

In the 80's by brothers Roberto buy the shares in the Tavern and then to the Lake Hotel, creating a single complex, hotel, restaurant on the lake and swimming beach.

Franco was born in 1976, to which Emma and Roberto transmit their passion for hospitality. Early 90s and started to sell his "first glasses, until with his wife Martha will take an active part in the management of the resort.
